Refund Policy
1. Donations
Effective Date: [06/30/2025]
At Shaniesha Forbes Foundation Inc, we are committed to transparency and integrity in all of our financial practices. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding donations, event ticket purchases, and merchandise sales.
Donations made to Shaniesha Forbes Foundation are typically non-refundable. However, we recognize that errors can happen. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

- A donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount or duplicate donation)
- A donor's account was compromised resulting in unauthorized use
- A refund request is submitted within 15 days of the donation
To request a refund, email us at shanieshaforbesfoundation@gmail.com with your full name, donation date, donation amount, and reason for the refund.
Note: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria or are submitted after 15 days.
2. Event Registrations and Tickets
If you register for a paid event or purchase event tickets:

- Full refunds may be requested up to 7 days before the event date
- Partial refunds (50%) may be available for cancellations made 3–6 days before the event
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event
If the event is canceled or rescheduled by Shaniesha Forbes Foundation, full refunds will be offered or tickets may be transferred to the new date.
3. Merchandise Sales
Refunds or exchanges for merchandise purchased through our website/store are accepted under the following conditions:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
